• You retain full ownership of your uploaded transformation photos.

• By submitting, you grant FormXtra the right to use your photos internally for challenge voting and promotional purposes.

• FormXtra will never share your transformation photos publicly without your consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

FormXtra is not liable for:

• Any injuries resulting from participation in fitness programs.

• Failure to achieve desired fitness results. All fitness content is for informational purposes only. Users should consult with a medical professional before starting any program.

 

7. Account Termination

FormXtra reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our terms, including fraudulent activities or abuse of the platform.
